Paid Media Specialist Full Time

What You’ll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat & YouTube.
• Analyze data to improve key performance metrics: CPI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• A/B test ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
• Launch retargeting campaigns to re-engage users and increase conversions.
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Stay ahead of global digital trends, new ad formats, and performance marketing innovations.

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media buying (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Proven track record in scaling ad campaigns, optimizing conversion funnels, and improving ROAS.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads.
• Experience with App Marketing (Firebase, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or Branch is a plus!).
• Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data, optimize performance, and make strategic decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different industries and markets.
• Fluent in English (Arabic, French, or other languages are a plus!).
