We are searching for the best talent for a Procurement and Ariba Specialist to join our team in Beirut, Lebanon.

You Will Be Responsible For

1-Ariba Preparer: Lebanon & Syria

• Create new suppliers in cornerstone (database) attaching correct documents.
• Prepares Purchase Request in Ariba with attention to detail on GL and cost centers
• Receives automatically generated PO and emails supplier and/or requestor.
• Runs open PO reports to ensure timely receipts are done, limiting mismatched.
• Receives confirmation of delivery/service from requestor and timely receipt on Ariba (before invoice is received).
• Expedite overdue orders with Requestor and follows up on mismatches.

2-Tender Management Support

• Create tenders and contracts through i-tender
• Process performance bonds for awarded tenders on CitiDirect and with KBC
• Maintain a tracker for all open performance bonds

3- OPEX Coordination

• Ensure a harmonized understanding of the process and an accurate and on-time implementation of
• tasks by the different BOs
• Coordinate the collection of the Planned activities between the different budget owners and in the
• different countries (if applicable), during the business planning exercise.
• Monthly monitoring of the activities in close collaboration with the Budget Owners and BUMs/Country

Manages (if needed) where the below is needed on a monthly basis:

• Check the past activities with the Budget owners and update the spending
• Check the future activities with the Budget Owners and update the planning
• Follow up on the Budget changes such as budget transfers, budget cuts and growth plans.
• OPEX reconciliation with Ariba preparers & finance

4- Follow Up on Iraq distributors OPEX audit and maintain trackers of the deviation.
