DHA Licensed Registered Nurse Full Time

We are looking for a compassionate, professional, and proactive DHA Licensed Registered Nurse to join our team and contribute to delivering outstanding healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols.
• Assist physicians and specialists during consultations, examinations, and medical procedures.
• Prepare patients for treatments and ensure proper pre- and post-procedure care.
• Monitor and record vital signs, patient history, and treatment progress accurately in the EMR system.
• Assist in dermatology, aesthetic, laser, PRP, skin booster, dental, physiotherapy, and general medical procedures when required.
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapies, vaccinations, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, aftercare instructions, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, sterilization, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies, consumables, and medications, and report shortages when necessary.
• Assist with insurance documentation, approvals, and clinical paperwork as required.
• Maintain emergency equipment readiness and respond appropriately during medical emergencies.
• Support the clinic team in delivering an exceptional patient experience and maintaining smooth daily operations.

RequirementsMandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a UAE clinic, medical center, or hospital.
• Experience in Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Dental, Physiotherapy, or Outpatient Clinic settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance and pre-authorization procedures is an advantage.
• Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, or Tagalog are beneficial.
