About the Role
Newway Inspection & Testing LLP is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Food Report Reviewer to join our team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing food inspection reports, verifying documentation, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining accurate records.
This role is critical in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and completeness of inspection and certification documentation for food products destined for international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Review food inspection reports and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify compliance with customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
- Examine laboratory reports, inspection findings, certificates, and export-related documentation.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or documentation errors and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical records.
- Communicate with inspectors, laboratories, clients, and internal teams regarding documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely processing and submission of reports and certificates.
- Maintain confidentiality and document control standards.
- Support quality assurance and compliance activities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related food discipline.
- Strong understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and food inspection processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and document review skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food inspection, quality assurance, laboratory documentation, export certification, or food compliance.
- Knowledge of international food safety standards and export documentation.
- Experience reviewing technical reports and certification documents.
