Senior HR Application Support Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Senior HR Application Consultant to support the delivery and implementation of enterprise HR solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, integrating, and optimizing HR systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires strong functional knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams to support successful software implementations and integrations.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives and provide guidance to junior team members when needed.
• Actively participate in team discussions, offering insights to improve delivery quality and operational efficiency.
• Support end-to-end delivery of application solutions, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Gather, analyze, and document client requirements, translating business needs into functional system configurations.
• Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to client expectations.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
• Engage with clients to understand operational challenges and provide effective HR system solutions.
• Maintain clear, professional, and responsive communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Support senior team members in managing client relationships and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Configure, implement, and support enterprise applications (e.g., HR systems, ERP, CRM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in application consulting, implementation, or enterprise software support.
• Hands-on experience with software implementations and system integrations (HR, ERP, CRM solutions).
• Experience working in client-facing environments and supporting multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle and system integration concepts.
• Solid project coordination skills with the ability to manage priorities across multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with leading HR platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday).
• Basic knowledge of data migration, APIs, or integration tools.
• Certification in project management or HR systems is a plus.
