Head of Supply Chain Management Full Time

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly qualified Head of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including the purchasing and inventory of raw materials, vendor selection, and the distribution of finished goods. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will develop strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

:Planning & Strateg

• yPrepare monthly raw material plans and implement the company’s purchasing policies
• .Personally manage Demand and Supply Planning, including monthly and yearly forecasting of purchases and orders
• .Analyze and evaluate the cost and suitability of supplies against technical specifications

.Operational Executio

• nLead negotiations with suppliers, shippers, and contractors to ensure optimal commercial terms
• .Process, monitor, and evaluate supplier contracts and overall performance
• .Coordinate with internal departments to determine purchase requirements and provide updates on new supply sources

.Departmental Oversight & Supervisio

• nProcurement & Warehouse: Provide strategic direction to these departments, which are managed by dedicated Managers
• .Logistics: Oversee the Fleet, Garage, and Customs Clearance supervisors
• .Performance Monitoring: Review daily job routines, monitor sales and production plans, and prepare reports for management review

Candidate Requirement

• s:Minimum of 6 years in a similar rol
• e.Bachelor’s degree or equivalen
• t.Proven track record in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or large-scale manufacturin
• g.Proficient in ERP software and MS Office application
