As we are expanding, we are looking for a B2C & B2B Customer Support Officer with 2 years of experience in the field of online customer support. This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Support Officer located in Kuwait City at eNet. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be expected to engage with customers through various channels in a timely and effective way and deliver quality customer experiences that ensure customers’ satisfaction.
Role Description:
• Utilize systems and tools to initiate and service customers.
• Handle customer calls, emails, complaints, and inquiries with courtesy and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure proper communication and reporting with all departments (IT, Finance, Operation, Maintenance)
• Answer customer requests or inquiries and report problems if they exist to the concerned department.
• Ensure all payments are processed correctly and accurately
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages, both written and verbal
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
Minimum 2-year experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
Experience working with ticketing and customer management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and creatively.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Ability to develop a good understanding of the company’s products and services.
Maintain knowledge of all company services.
