Technical Project coordinator Full Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to work closely with our developmentand business teams to ensure that project goals align with the company’s productvision. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating with both technicaland product-focused teams, supporting the development workflow, and ensuringhigh-quality feature delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development and product teams to establish project prioritiesand timelines.
• Lead feature quality assurance, ensuring readiness for production.
• Work closely with managers to align development goals with strategic vision.
• Propose product features and enhancements focused on improving userexperience and revenue generation.
• Support the executive administrative work of the business and developmentteam.

Project Management & Product Knowledge:

• Experience managing technical projects in a software developmentenvironment.
• Experience testing product flows of a technical platform.
• Ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technicalstakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator, ideally within a tech or product-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple project timelines effectively.
• Proven experience with QA processes and practices.
• 6 months to 3 years of experience.

Working Hours:

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM
