RCM Manager Full Time

Saudi German Health is seeking an experienced and results-driven Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager to lead and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle operations at our Hail facility.

The ideal candidate will ensure efficient billing, claims management, collections, payer relations, and revenue optimization while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and insurance requirements.

Key Responsibilitie

• sManage the full revenue cycle process, including patient registration, coding, billing, claims submission, collections, and reimbursement
• .Monitor and improve key RCM performance indicators such as collection rates, denial rates, AR aging, and cash flow
• .Lead and develop the RCM team, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to service standards
• .Oversee claim submissions and follow up on denied, rejected, or underpaid claims
• .Collaborate closely with Finance, Medical Coding, Insurance, Patient Access, and Clinical departments
• .Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, insurance policies, NPHIES requirements, and internal policies
• .Analyze revenue trends and provide actionable recommendations to maximize revenue and reduce leakage
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies and third-party payers
• .Prepare periodic reports and presentations for senior management on RCM performance and improvement initiatives
• .Drive process improvement projects and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Qualificatio

• nsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fiel
• d.Professional certifications such as CPC, CCS, CRCR, HFMA, or equivalent are preferre
• d.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within hospitals or large healthcare organization
• s.At least 2–3 years of managerial or leadership experienc
• e.Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, claims management, insurance processes, and healthcare reimbursement model
• s.Experience with NPHIES and Saudi healthcare insurance regulations is highly preferre
• d.Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skill
