Service Sales Executive Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Service Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at TK Elevator Almoayyed W.L.L in Manama. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a passion for sales and customer service within the elevator and escalator service industry.

As a Service Sales Executive, you will be an essential part of the SER Sal department, driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will identify customer needs, present appropriate service solutions, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities for elevator and escalator service contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-up.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend tailored service solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations, negotiating terms and conditions to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any client issues promptly.
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product/service innovations to enhance sales strategies.
• Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technical services, facilities management, or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Basic understanding of elevator and escalator services is advantageous but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with an aptitude for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
