The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional knowledge of Oracle application coding standards with hands-on implementation experience in Oracle HRMS modules. They must have completed at least two full cycles of Oracle HRMS implementation in version 11.x/12.x, along with good experience in Oracle Taleo Cloud setup and configurations. The candidate should be able to perform process analysis, design, setup, testing, implementation, and documentation, and must have experience in the design and development of RICE components, writing Payroll formulas, and EBS API and web service development and deployment. Strong working experience with development tools such as Oracle Developer 2000, Developer 6.x (reports and forms), SQL, and PLSQL is required, along with good oral and written communication and presentation skills.
