Kaizen Promoter Full Time

In this role, you will be expected to align kaizen initiatives with the company’s vision for customer and employee engagement. You will develop and analyze process flow charts to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization, while conducting time and motion studies to assess resource allocation and identify potential time savings.

You will design and implement kaizen action plans to improve service quality, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties as and when required, and organize and facilitate small group kaizen activities to train associates and gather valuable feedback.

You will provide all necessary progress reports on a regular basis and ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times. Maintaining the company EHSQ policy and procedure and improving safety culture will also be a key part of this role.

We at Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo, are seeking a motivated and dynamic Kaizen Promoter to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management or a relevant field and have 2 to 4 years of experience, or a combination of experience and education.
