You will design and implement kaizen action plans to improve service quality, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal and external parties as and when required, and organize and facilitate small group kaizen activities to train associates and gather valuable feedback.
You will provide all necessary progress reports on a regular basis and ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times. Maintaining the company EHSQ policy and procedure and improving safety culture will also be a key part of this role.
Skills And Competencies Required
