Assist with table service and ensure the dining areas remain clean and organized by promptly clearing dishes to maintain a tidy and inviting dining environment.
Follow standard opening and closing procedures to ensure the outlet is properly prepared.
Comply to the company’s established hygiene policies and procedures to maintain proper food and equipment handling standards.
Attend to customer complaints satisfactorily or seek the assistance of the supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in maintaining sufficient stock during the entire shift including checking all the received stock to make sure that the same is in accordance with the order, quality and quantity and display or store them to maintain inventory accuracy.
Ensure tasks such as wiping, cleaning, polishing, organizing, collecting, loading, dispatching and others as assigned by the line manager are performed as per Emirates Flight Catering standards.
Apply the Quality Policy and Quality System established in accordance with ISO 9001: 2015 international standards and executes all responsibilities according to the department work procedures while reflecting EKFC Quality Policy.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
High school certification (must have)
Diploma or equivalent qualification (preferred)
Work Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Skills
Good command in spoken and written English
Positive and service-oriented attitude
Good command of customer service skills
Ability to handle a high-volume service environment
Strong organizational, multitasking skills and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
Age between 20 to 30 years old
Minimum height: 1.65m (male) and 1.50m (female)
Must not wear tooth braces or dental appliance
Must not have visible tattoos
Must not have visible piercing (including tongue), can only visible single ear lobe piercings.
