Role Description The Personnel & Payroll Section Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for overseeing all payroll and personnel operations. This role manages end-to-end payroll processing, ensures accurate and timely salary payments, and oversees the calculation of deductions, benefits, and payroll taxes in compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The role includes supervising personnel records, maintaining employee files, managing attendance and leave data, and coordinating with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies. The Personnel & Payroll Section Head will prepare regular payroll reports, support audits, and provide guidance to team members on payroll and personnel procedures. The role also involves identifying process improvements, implementing controls to reduce errors, and supporting management with data and analysis for decision-making.
