Senior Legal ACounsel Full Time

Estithmar Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Legal Affairs Counsel to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, governance, and compliance matters. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to manage legal risks, review and negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including procurement, consultancy, service, technology, licensing, partnership, real estate, and shareholder agreements.
• Provide legal advice to business units on operational, commercial, and strategic matters.
• Support corporate governance activities, including board resolutions, shareholder matters, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee legal matters relating to subsidiaries and affiliated entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Liaise with external legal counsel on corporate transactions, company incorporations, restructuring, licensing, and compliance matters.
• Identify legal risks and develop practical risk mitigation strategies.
• Support strategic projects, partnerships, joint ventures, and business expansion initiatives.
• Review corporate communications and business documentation to ensure legal compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law within the GCC.
• Strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Sound knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Must be currently residing in Qatar.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience working within large corporate groups, holding companies, or diversified business environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
