Role Description The Treasury and Financing Manager (مدير الخزينة والتمويل) is a full-time, on-site role based in Mecca, responsible for leading the company’s treasury strategy and financing activities. The role includes daily cash and liquidity management, monitoring bank positions, and ensuring sufficient funding for operational and project needs. The manager will develop and execute financing plans, manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, and negotiate financing terms for projects and investments. They will oversee cash flow forecasting, support capital structure optimization, and ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and Sharia-compliant financing standards where applicable. The role also involves preparing treasury and financing reports for senior management, supporting budgeting and investment decisions, and implementing risk management strategies related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and liquidity. Qualifications
Proven experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or banking, preferably within real estate development, infrastructure, or large investment projects.
Strong skills in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital management.
Experience structuring and managing financing facilities (e.g., project finance, term loans, revolving credit, Islamic financing instruments).
Solid understanding of financial risk management, including interest rate, FX, and liquidity risk, and related tools and policies.
Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and interpreting financial statements.
Familiarity with Sharia-compliant financing products and local banking practices in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous.
Strong relationship management skills with banks, investors, and key financial stakeholders.
Ability to develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment in financial decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; a relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CTP, CMA) is a plus.
