The Opportunity

As a Secondary Property Consultant, you’ll specialize in Dubai’s resale market — apartments, villas, and townhouses across the city’s most desirable locations. You’ll be backed by qualified leads, strong marketing support, proven systems, and leadership genuinely invested in your success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and qualify buyers and sellers across Dubai’s secondary market
• Conduct property viewings and client consultations
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from listing to transfer
• Build and maintain a high-quality portfolio of active listings
• Deliver market insights and investment advice clients can act on
• Coordinate with banks, conveyancers, developers, and legal partners
• Provide ongoing support through leasing, property management, and future acquisitions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
• Represent House of Orange at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
• Dubai real estate experience preferred, particularly the secondary market
• Strong performers from luxury sales, finance, recruitment, automotive, or other high-ticket industries also encouraged to apply
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple clients and transactions at once
• Comfortable with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• UAE driving licence and own vehicle preferred
• RERA certification an advantage (or willingness to obtain it quickly)
