- Industry: Light Current Systems | CCTV | Fire Alarm | Security Systems
- We are currently seeking a highly experienced Sales Director with a proven background in the Light Current / ELV industry to lead and expand our sales operations in the Egyptian market.
- Important Notice:
- Applications will only be considered from candidates with proven experience in Light Current / CCTV / Fire Alarm Systems industry.
- Candidates from other industries will not be considered.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
- Expand market presence and build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key clients
- Oversee pricing strategies, proposals, and negotiations for major project
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new opportunities within the ELV / Security Systems market
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to top management
Job Requirements
- Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Light Current / ELV Systems (Mandatory)
- Hands-on experience in CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Security Systems
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the ELV / Security industry
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Excellent negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Solid knowledge of the Egyptian Light Current market
