Elite Football Development Coach

Location: Lebanon

Experience: 3–8 years

Olympique National Beirut (ON) is seeking an ambitious football coach to lead one or two elite youth teams within its player development pathway.

We are looking for coaches who embrace modern football methodology, continuous learning, and structured player development. Candidates should be comfortable working within a defined academy methodology under the supervision of the Technical Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions.
• Lead teams during matches and tournaments.
• Prepare and submit session plans and post-session reports.
• Track player development, attendance, and performance.
• Participate in technical meetings and coach development activities.

Requirements

• Based in Lebanon.
• 3–8 years of coaching experience.
• AFC, UEFA, or equivalent coaching certification (or currently pursuing one).
• Comfortable using digital tools for session planning and reporting.
• Strong communication skills and growth mindset.
• Ability to receive and implement technical feedback.

Preferred

• Experience in academy football or structured player development environments.
• Exposure to European football methodologies.
