Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the collection, storage, and maintenance of ME Advisory QRM Department data from various internal and external sources.
• Collaborate with ME Advisory QRM Department Leads to analyze the data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and other advanced data analysis methodologies to derive actionable insights from data.
• Collaborate with ME Advisory QRM Department Leads to develop and distribute comprehensive reports to communicate their results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with ME Advisory QRM Department Leads to provide regular updates on departmental performance and progress towards established goals.
• Customize reports based on the stakeholder requirements and ensure data is presented in a user-friendly, and understandable manner.
• Manage the ME Advisory QRM Department data governance, ensuring data is secure, private, and handled according to applied standards and regulations.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of the data by implementing stringent data validation and cleansing process.
• Implement data quality controls and validate the accuracy and completeness of the data.
• Evaluate, implement, and manage technology solutions for efficient and effective data collection, management, analysis, and visualization.
• Collaborate with ME Advisory QRM Department Leads to build and maintain an interactive dashboard that covers the Function’s work, including (HDRPs Portfolio, Quality measures, and any other related data).
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data collection, management, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Continuously seek and implement techniques to improve the function’s way of working through technology and innovation.
• Develop and deliver training programs to increase data literacy within the ME Advisory QRM Department Leads.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor in relevant field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
