We are now seeking a Quality & Food Safety Manager to lead our quality journey and support the future growth of our business.
Responsibilities
Lead QA, QC, and Food Safety teams.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000:2018, FSSC 22000, and NFSA requirements.
Drive quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead customer, certification, internal, and external audits.
Manage quality performance and food safety compliance across the factory.
Develop and lead cross functional quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology, Agriculture, Science, Quality Management Systems.
Minim 10 years of experience in Quality Management within FMCG or Food Manufacturing.
Minimum 3–4 years of managerial experience.
Strong expertise in HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, Food Safety Management Systems, and Quality Management Systems.
Experience within Chocolate, Biscuit, Bakery, Confectionery, or Food Manufacturing is highly preferred.
