🚨 Contract Accountant Required – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert 🚨

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team on a 3-month contract basis in Dubai, UAE.

Key Requirements:

✔ Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

✔ Strong accounting knowledge with experience in general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting

✔ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve accounting and system-related issues within Business Central

✔ Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities

✔ Experience with inventory accounting and VAT compliance is preferred

✔ Ability to work independently and deliver results within tight deadlines

✔ Immediate availability or short notice period preferred

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day accounting operations
• Review and reconcile financial transactions within Business Central
• Assist with month-end closing and management reporting
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and system issues
• Support process improvements and optimization of Business Central workflows
• Work closely with management to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Qualifications

• Experience with contract accounting, including revenue recognition, cost tracking by contract, billing schedules, and variance analysis against budgets or forecasts.
• Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups), and the ability to work with large data sets accurately.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and present clear, concise findings.
