We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to lead the Facilities Management operations of a major shopping mall.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day FM operations and ensure service delivery in accordance with contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Lead hard and soft FM services including MEP maintenance, housekeeping, security coordination, landscaping, and waste management.
• Manage subcontractors and service providers to ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and operational plans.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, local regulations, and company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, tenants, and stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports, performance dashboards, and improvement plans.
• Support mobilization activities, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop site teams to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of Facilities Management experience.
• Proven experience managing shopping malls is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, maintenance planning, contract management, and FM operations.
• Strong financial, commercial, and subcontractor management skills.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in CAFM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
