Key Accountabilities
• Helping prepare financial documents like invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Processing and recording transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
• Keeping financial files and records organized.
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Preparing basic financial reports for management.
• Responding to vendor, customer, and internal queries about financial transactions.
• Assisting with other finance tasks and projects as needed
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
Minimum Experience
• 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience from banking industries
• Technology
• Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

• Written and verbal Communication Skills
