Business Setup Operations Head – UAE Mainland & Free Zone Full Time

Pay: 8,000.00 (AED)-10,000.00 (AED) per month

This role is for candidates currently working or previously employed within a UAE Business Setup Consultancy, Corporate Services Firm, Company Formation Consultancy, or Free Zone Service Provider.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 4 years UAE experience within a Business Setup Consultancy or Corporate Services company
• Minimum 2 years leading an Operations Team within a Business Setup Consultancy
• Hands-on experience processing:
• Mainland Company Formation
• Free Zone Company Formation
• Offshore Company Formation
• Trade License Amendments
• Trade License Renewals
• Visa Processing
• Investor Visas
• Employment Visas
• Dependent Visas
• Strong working knowledge of:
• DED
• MOHRE
• GDRFA
• ICP
• UAE Free Zones
• Experience managing Operations Executives, PROs, and Client Servicing Teams

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Business Setup Operations Department
• Oversee company formation processes across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions
• Manage trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and cancellations
• Supervise visa processing and immigration-related services
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and authority requirements
• Build relationships with Free Zones, Government Authorities, and Banking Partners
• Monitor team KPIs and operational performance
• Implement operational improvements and SOPs
• Ensure exceptional client experience and timely service delivery
