Estimator cum Procurement Executive Full Time

We are a leading interior fit-out company in Dubai seeking a skilled Estimator cum Procurement Executive with strong experience in estimation, sourcing, and procurement within the fit-out industry.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
• Evaluate project specifications and drawings to provide accurate pricing and budgets.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, services, and subcontractors in line with project needs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure procurement and estimation align with project goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a database of suppliers, contractors, and pricing for future use.
• Prepare and present procurement reports and updates to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of estimation and procurement experience in interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market, suppliers, and vendors in the fit-out industry.
• Familiar with interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Office, procurement software).
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Professional certifications in procurement or project management are an advantage (e.g., PMP, CIPS).
• Strong understanding of cost estimation principles and procurement processes.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure precise estimations and efficient procurement.
