Import & Export Coordinator – Your future position?

We are looking for an Import & Export Coordinator to join our dynamic Logistics team at Givaudan.

In this role, you will bring together your expertise in trade operations and your passion for digitalization to streamline global shipments, enhance visibility through data, and help us continuously improve the way we connect with customers and suppliers around the world.

This position is based at our site in October 6th, Egypt.

In this exciting role, you will

• Coordinate import and export shipments from order execution to the delivery of goods
• Prepare and validate all shipment documents — including invoices, customs, and pricing details — ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Administer export licenses and any necessary renewals while following international trade regulations
• Track shipments daily and work with internal teams and external partners to resolve delivery or customs-related issues promptly
• Collaborate closely with customs brokers to manage documentation and clearance procedures correctly
• Maintain shipment and delivery records in SAP, creating clear dashboards and reports that improve data transparency and accuracy
• Use advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to digitalize dashboards, automate data flows, and visualize key performance metrics that support smarter decisions
• Contribute to our digital transformation by identifying opportunities for process automation and enhanced reporting
• Support audits and generate insights on operational performance, compliance, and process efficiency
• Stay up to date with import/export regulations — and, when needed, guide and train team members on best practices and digital tools

Your professional profile includes

• An engineering certificate or degree in logistics, business, or a related field
• A strong digital mindset with a passion for data visualization and new technologies
• Hands-on expertise in Power BI, advanced Excel, and familiarity with AI-powered tools and applications
• The ability to design and maintain dashboards that make complex data clear and actionable
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation requirements
• Understanding of warehouse and production process flows
• Familiarity with transportation partners and related safety or security norms
• Good computer literacy — SAP and MS Office proficiency preferred
• Experience in logistics or shipping is beneficial, but what matters most is your curiosity, commitment to continuous improvement, and your drive to make digital solutions part of everyday operations
