Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Document Controller & Admin at IEES. The role is responsible for organizing, maintaining, and updating project and corporate documentation, including technical documents, contracts, drawings, reports, and records in both digital and physical formats. Daily tasks include receiving and reviewing documents for accuracy, assigning document numbers, ensuring consistent naming conventions, and uploading files to designated repositories. The Document Controller & Admin will track document versions, manage approvals and distribution lists, and ensure that teams always work from the latest approved documents. The role also includes general administrative support such as preparing reports, maintaining databases, scheduling meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and adhering to company policies and quality standards. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure timely and secure document flow across all projects.
