Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operations Officer specializing in the Real Estate Sector, based in Doha, Qatar. The Chief Operations Officer will oversee day-to-day business operations, develop and implement strategic plans, manage financial performance, and ensure operational efficiency. The role also involves supervising teams, monitoring resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Business Planning and developing strategic operational frameworks
• Strong knowledge in Operations Management and experience in optimizing operations for efficiency
• Excellent Analytical Skills with a focus on identifying trends and making data-driven decisions
• Proficient in Finance and Budgeting for cost management and investment strategies
• Leadership and team management capabilities with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Experience in the real estate sector or related industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Full Salary Pack: 38,000 with yearly bonus based on performance
