Junior Planner – E-Commerce Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance across categories and SKUs.
• Track inventory levels, sell-through rates, stock cover, and replenishment needs.
• Support demand forecasting using historical sales data and market trends.
• Assist with Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning and forecasting updates.
• Ensure optimal stock allocation and availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams on stock movements and replenishment.
• Track delayed deliveries and low-stock situations.
• Support promotional and markdown activities to achieve sales and margin targets.
• Conduct SKU-level assortment tracking and gap analysis.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and E-Commerce Operations teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Planning, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Retail, or E-Commerce.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
• Knowledge of forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
