Manager – General Manager’s Office Full Time

1. Strategic & Executive Support

• Prepare high-quality executive briefing materials, board presentations, investment memos, and strategy documents.
• Conduct deep-dive research and analysis on real estate market trends, competitor landscape, macroeconomic indicators, and regulatory developments in the UAE and broader GCC/MENA region.
• Support development and monitoring of the group’s corporate strategy, business plans, and OKRs.
• Synthesize diverse inputs into concise recommendations and decision frameworks.

2. Financial & Investment Analysis

• Build and maintain financial models, feasibility studies, and investment appraisals across residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use asset classes.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and capital allocation opportunities.
• Track portfolio performance and prepare performance dashboards, KPI reports, and variance analyses.
• Coordinate with Finance and Business Unit heads to collate and validate financial data.

3. Project & Initiative Management

• Act as project manager for strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and ensure timely follow-up on directives across group entities.
• Liaise with internal departments (Development, Asset Management, Legal, HR, Marketing) to gather information and drive alignment.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

• Prepare correspondence, talking points, and speeches for external engagements, government meetings, and investor interactions.
• Manage relationships with key external stakeholders, advisors, and industry bodies.
• Support preparation for board meetings, committee presentations, and investor briefings.

5. Research & Market Intelligence

• Monitor and report on macroeconomic, real estate market, and geopolitical developments relevant to the group’s strategy.
• Build and maintain a proprietary database of market data, transactions, and comparable benchmarks for the UAE real estate sector.
• Commission and coordinate external research from consultants, valuers, and advisory firms.
