Role Description

AGTECH is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Account to drive business growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and deliver enterprise IT solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction across commercial and manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers within target markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Strong Account Management capabilities with a track record of managing and growing strategic accounts in IT services or related sectors.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
• Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues professionally.
• Collaborate with presales, technical, finance, and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, preferably within hardware solutions and commercial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience in Account Management with a focus on building long-term client relationships
• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
• Proven track record in new business development and account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
