Key Responsibilities:
New Vehicle Development
– Set up the new vehicle development procedure
– Vehicle evaluation and Quality meeting arrangement by each phase
– Operation of CFT organization and meeting for new quality improvement
– Operation of mass production vehicle regular audit : evaluation & investigation & improvement
– Management of Quality test room and equipment
Ensuring Assembly Process Quality
– Management of suppliers & parts quality : investigation and improvement
– Documentation and Reporting : Recording test results, inspections, and quality data in the proper format and
ensuring proper documentation practices are followed
– Reporting deviations from quality standards to management with appropriate recommendations for improvement.
– Root Cause analysis : Identifying the specific causes of defects or quality issues in production processes.
– Improvement actions based on thorough analysis of data and processes.
– Performing specific tests (e.g., dimensional checks, functional testing) on products or materials.
Overal managemnet of quality department
– Budget / Safety management : Set up the target and operation
○ Training and Monitoring
– Training for new quality employees (quality standards, inspection techniques and proper use of QC equipment)
– Monitoring production lines for consistent adherence to quality processes and implementing improvements
