We’re Hiring: Material Controller

We are seeking an experienced Material Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse inventory, coordinating material movements, and ensuring the efficient storage and distribution of materials to support project operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control warehouse inventory levels to ensure material availability.
• Coordinate material receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Manage the movement of materials within warehouse locations and project sites.
• Oversee loading and unloading operations while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare stock reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, suppliers, and project teams regarding material requirements.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and preservation practices.
• Support stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation activities.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Material Controller, Warehouse Controller, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing operations, and logistics processes.
• Experience using ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good understanding of materials planning, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Familiarity with packing, shipping, and transportation procedures.
• Experience within Construction, Oil & Gas, EPC, or Industrial projects is preferred.
