Role Description The Web Producer is a full-time, remote role responsible for planning, producing, and maintaining web content that supports OrionOne CommTech’s digital presence and business objectives. This role coordinates content updates across company websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards. The Web Producer collaborates with marketing, design, and technical teams to implement new pages and features, manage publishing schedules, and optimize user experience. Day-to-day tasks include updating content in the content management system (CMS), gathering requirements from stakeholders, tracking project timelines, and monitoring web performance using analytics tools. The Web Producer will also assist with quality assurance, testing, and compliance with accessibility, SEO, and usability best practices. Qualifications
Content Management and Web Content skills, including hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or similar) for publishing, updating, and organizing site content.
Project Management capabilities to coordinate timelines, stakeholders, and approvals, with the ability to manage multiple web initiatives simultaneously.
Web Analytics proficiency, including using tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor performance, user behavior, and conversion metrics.
Web Design awareness, including understanding of layout, responsive design, UX principles, and collaboration with designers and developers to implement page templates and components.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to translate technical or complex information into clear web content.
Experience working in cross-functional, remote teams and using collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Slack, or similar).
Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS and SEO best practices is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in technology, telecommunications, or related industries is a plus.
