Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chaf role based in Riyadh. The Chaf will be responsible for preparing and cooking daily meals for site personnel, including planning menus that are nutritious, cost-effective, and suitable for remote or industrial work environments. The role includes ordering and managing food supplies, maintaining kitchen equipment, and ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and company health and safety standards. The Chaf will organize meal schedules to align with drilling crews’ shifts, coordinate with site management on headcount and special dietary needs, and minimize waste through proper storage and portion control. Daily responsibilities also include cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen and dining areas, supporting inventory counts, and contributing to a positive, respectful working environment.
