IAM(Identity & Access Management ) and PAM(Privileged Access Management) consultant with IT Governance exp Full Time

Key expectations:

• Candidates must have strong experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance, access reviews, and

compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).

•The role is governance-focused, not operational, with emphasis on policy enforcement, audit readiness, and

stakeholder coordination.

• Experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and enterprise IAM tools is essential.

Preferred IAM and PAM technologies/platforms

IAM / Identity platforms: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), IBM IAM/IGA.

PAM platforms: CyberArk or BeyondTrust (hands-on PAM governance experience is mandatory; tool-specific expertise is flexible).

Key deliverables / objectives for the engagement

• Govern and mature the IAM and PAM framework across the organization.
• Lead and execute periodic access reviews (including privileged access) and ensure audit readiness.
• Enforce access control policies, least privilege, and segregation of duties.
• Support ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and regulatory audits with evidence and remediation tracking.
• Work closely with IT, business, and compliance teams to address access-related risks and improve IAM governance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including emerging areas such as non-human and service identities, at a governance level.
