Role Description

The Supervisor – Grocery Food is a full-time, on-site role based in the United Arab Emirates. The Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the grocery food section, including inventory management, monitoring stock levels, organizing displays, and maintaining quality assurance standards. Responsibilities also involve leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, training staff, and meeting sales targets while adhering to company policies and values. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience in team management and staff training
• Inventory management and stock control expertise, with a focus on quality assurance
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to enhance the shopping experience
• Knowledge of sales strategies and performance tracking to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining organizational standards
• Proficiency in retail software and basic computer skills
• Previous experience in grocery or food retail operations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
