We are seeking a dynamic individual who will work closely with the Crew Support Management Team, help to create an environment where operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement thrive.
Yours is a role which will lead the design and continuous evolution of Flight Crew performance standards, ensuring they consistently support our operational standards.
Oversight of the day-to-day performance management of Flight Crew will be your core focus, as well as shaping and communicating clear policies, processes, and procedures that support our vision and goals.
You will drive consistency in Flight Crew performance management while championing operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and open, constructive engagement across the Crew community.
As a trusted leader within the Flight Crew community, you will foster open communication through regular engagement sessions and constructive feedback. You will champion a Just Culture Framework built on Riyadh Air’s FRESH values, encouraging both high performance and a positive work-life balance for all crew members.
Critical to your success in this role is the supervision of day-to-day Flight Crew activities, support the setting and evaluation of annual performance goals, and partner with the Senior Manager Flight Crew on safety and disciplinary matters.

About You
Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience within an airline environment.
You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with exceptional written and spoken English, alongside strong capability in compiling detailed reports, gathering data, and using Microsoft Office products effectively.
You will have demonstrated strong experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing Flight Crew, with the adaptability and drive to succeed in an evolving start-up environment where new policies and processes are continuously being created.
