🎯 Role Overview:

 The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall operational and commercial performance of the store, ensuring sales growth, operational excellence, outstanding customer experience, and compliance with company standards.

✅ Requirements:

 • 4–5 years of experience in Fashion & Apparel Retail.

 • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Manager or Branch Manager within a recognized fashion retail brand.

 • Strong knowledge of Retail KPIs (Conversion Rate, ATV, UPT).

 • Experience in inventory management, stock control, and loss prevention.

 • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.

 • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

 • Fashion retail experience is a must.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

 • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and business objectives.

 • Lead, motivate, train, and develop the store team.

 • Ensure excellent customer service and a premium shopping experience.

 • Manage daily store operations and administrative activities.

 • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.

 • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.

 • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
