Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in same position and same industry
- preferred derma background
- Strong people leadership and team management across multiple locations.
- Data-driven problem solving and analytical skills to monitor KPIs and operational performance.
- Supply chain literacy and understanding of inventory management.
- Change management and adaptability to evolving retail technologies.
- Retail technology fluency, including POS systems, inventory software, and logistics platforms
