To Support the Affluent Banking Business Development strategy, new ideas, and products with the relevant internal & external stakeholders to maximize both customer satisfaction and revenue.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Contributes to the development of Affluent Banking strategy and ensures translation and alignment during the development and monitoring of departmental strategy including objectives, targets and initiatives.
Participate in all strategic and operational activities with internal stakeholders.
Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
Support the identification of the target customer segments to ensure that the strategy for each segments is formulated accordingly and in line with the strategic objectives of retail banking business.
Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Contribute in enhancing Affluent customer value propositions.
Identify all opportunities for continuous improvement of Business process, productivity and cost reduction.
Develops customer strategies and initiatives to enhance customer loyalty, retention and management.
Participate in all department initiatives and activities.
Tracks performance effectiveness of campaigns.
Support NPS, Affluent Customers Surveys and Mystery Shopper activities.
Support the development and scheduling of CRM-driven business initiatives.
Collaborates with different divisions and departments to ensure that all needs are fulfilled and all services are enhanced as per the Affluent Banking requirements.
Coordinates with Communication & Customer Experience Division and internal departments in order to establish a communication strategy customized to Affluent Banking segment.
Assesses the impact of introduced changes to people, process and systems and develops relevant communication and awareness initiatives to support the effective implementation of change.
Support the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet Riyad Bank and department requirements, policies and standards.
Represents the function and actively contributes in various committees/meetings (internal and external) as applicable and per authority levels in order to ensure relevant matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude.
Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
