Content Licensing Coordinator Full Time

This is a rare opportunity for two entry-level candidates to gain valuable experience in digital content licensing. Working within a team led by an industry expert with over 25 years of experience, the Content Licensing Coordinator will join the growing Content Licensing & Sales team at SyndiGate.

Responsibilities include:

• Discovering and contacting potential new content partners for SyndiGate and DISCO.
• Managing a shared ‘In-Bound Licensing Target Sheet’ and preparing draft license agreements.
• Handling internal data entry and on-boarding processes for new content.
• Maintaining relationships with content owners and meticulously logging data in Pipedrive (CRM), the SyndiGate Content Catalogue (spreadsheet), and Insights (internal database).
• Conveying negotiation points to senior team members to help secure new agreements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Entry-level candidate; 1 year of experience in news, media, research, or content licensing/syndication is preferred but not essential.
• Strong knowledge of the global media and publishing space is beneficial.
• Creative and strategic thinker with an interest in building long-term professional relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Degree-level qualification.
• Fluent in English (strong writing and speaking skills are required).
• Proficiency in German, Chinese (Mandarin), Hindi, Spanish, French, Arabic, Bengali, Russian, Portuguese, or Indonesian is a major plus.
