Job Purpose
The Site Foreman is responsible for supervising on-site personnel during construction, maintenance, and operational projects within Daher Foods facilities. The role ensures adherence to workplace health, safety, and quality standards, coordinates project activities, and guarantees that tasks are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision & Coordination
•Oversee daily site activities, ensuring that teams follow project schedules and work safely.
•Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to implement construction or maintenance plans.
•Allocate tasks and responsibilities to site personnel based on expertise and project needs.
•Monitor labor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources.
Technical Support & Documentation
•Review and interpret technical drawings, plans, and project specifications.
•Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, material usage, and inspection records.
•Ensure technical drawings (2D/3D) are executed and updated as needed using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
•Support cost estimation, material requisitions, and resource planning.
2. Quality, Safety & Compliance
•Ensure all site activities comply with Daher Foods safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.
•Conduct regular inspections and audits to guarantee high-quality workmanship.
•Identify potential hazards, implement preventive measures, and enforce safety protocols.
•Ensure minimal material waste and adherence to project budgets.
3. Team Leadership & Training
•Motivate and guide site personnel to maintain productivity and high performance.
•Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff.
•Foster a collaborative and disciplined work environment.
Undertake additional responsibilities as required, in line with the scope, level, and objectives of the role.
Job Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in site supervision, construction, or industrial maintenance.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent design and drafting software.
Ability to interpret and implement 2D and 3D technical drawings.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and structural plans.
Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Ability to produce material lists, cost estimates, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with industrial maintenance and construction processes.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
