Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant, based in Beirut with flexible options for remote work. The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for providing expert guidance to clients on insurance products, evaluating their specific needs, and recommending appropriate solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing insurance proposals, managing client relationships, and staying updated on current insurance policies and market trends. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and Finance, with knowledge of various insurance products and financial principles
- Experience in Consulting, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build trusting client relationships and provide exceptional support
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the insurance or related financial services industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic, with knowledge of French considered a plus.
