🎯 The Role

We’re looking for an organized and proactive Film Production Executive to oversee production coordination, project execution, and operational support across multiple film and media projects.

You’ll work closely with producers, directors, creative teams, and external partners to ensure productions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Coordinate film and media production activities from pre-production through post-production
• Assist with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
• Liaise with directors, producers, crew members, vendors, and stakeholders
• Manage production timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
• Coordinate filming schedules, equipment logistics, permits, and production resources
• Monitor production budgets and support cost control efforts
• Facilitate communication between creative and operational teams
• Track project progress and proactively address production challenges
• Support post-production workflows, including editing, review cycles, and content delivery
• Ensure compliance with production policies, contractual requirements, and safety standards

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in film production, media operations, project coordination, or content production roles
• Strong understanding of film, television, digital media, or video production workflows
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
• Experience working with creative teams and production schedules is highly desirable
