Job Summary:
The Facilities Coordinator will support the daily operations and coordination of facilities management activities at Head Office and other company facilities. The role includes coordinating maintenance activities, conducting periodic inspections, following up service requests, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and supporting smooth facility operations across all assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily facilities management activities within Head Office and assigned facilities.
• Follow up maintenance requests and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and support services.
• Conduct Periodic/Quarterly inspections for Head Office, Warehouse, and other assigned facilities.
• Prepare inspection reports and highlight observations, risks, and required corrective actions.
• Follow up corrective and preventive maintenance activities with contractors and service providers.
• Support monitoring of cleaning, security, pest control, and other FM services.
• Maintain records for maintenance activities, service reports, and asset tracking.
• Assist in monitoring building systems and reporting operational issues.
• Support office moves, space arrangements, and facility readiness when required.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding facility-related requests and complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Support emergency response and business continuity requirements when needed.
• Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and operational updates.
• Support inventory and stock monitoring related to facilities operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration, or Building Operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and facility operations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and service providers.
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred.
