Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Legal Affairs team. In this role, you will support daily legal activities, assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, help with legal research and documentation, and contribute to corporate compliance and case follow-ups.
The intern will learn:
- Contract drafting and review
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Corporate governance and compliance basics
- Document management and filing systems
- Follow-up on legal notices and correspondence
- Coordination with external legal counsel

Internship Requirements
- Fresh graduate or current undergrad (3rd/4th year)
- Degree in Law
- knowledge of Egyptian corporate and labor law is a plus
- Strong research and writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication and organizational skills
