Job Description:
Join our internship program to work in the production team. You will support daily manufacturing operations, monitor production performance metrics, and assist in driving efficiency and quality on the shop floor.
The intern will learn:
- Production efficiency and plan adherence
- Quality metrics (NRFT, rework hours, QA audit score)
- 5S methodology and factory safety standards
- Labor productivity and manufacturing cost basics
- Continuous improvement projects (ROI, cost saving)
- Coordination with maintenance on equipment performance

Internship Requirements
- Fresh graduate or current undergrad (3rd/4th year)
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing
- Familiarity with Excel and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
