Position Summary
THE ABDULLA HOLDINGS is seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and results-oriented Project Manager – Microsoft 365 Solutions & Automation to lead and manage digital transformation initiatives, business process automation projects, and enterprise collaboration solutions across the organization’s global operations.
The ideal candidate must possess strong hands-on experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with mandatory expertise in Power Automate and Power Apps, along with practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Outlook integrations, and related Microsoft business productivity tools.
The role requires an individual capable of designing, implementing, and managing workflows, process automations, approvals, system integrations, and operational dashboards while simultaneously leading projects from initiation to closure. The candidate should have proven experience in project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, progress tracking, reporting, risk management, and successful delivery of technology-driven solutions within remote and global environments.
This role demands strong analytical, technical, communication, leadership, and project governance capabilities to ensure organizational productivity, operational efficiency, and successful digital adoption across departments and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end projects including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation roadmaps
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, department heads, and external vendors globally
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within approved scope, timeline, and budget
• Conduct regular project meetings, status reviews, and progress reporting to management
• Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies
• Ensure proper project documentation, governance, compliance, and change management processes
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project reports and dashboards
• Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced remote working environment
• Ensure smooth communication and collaboration among remote global teams
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects
• Ensure successful user adoption and operational implementation of developed solutions
Microsoft 365 & Automation Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
• Build custom business applications and process solutions using Microsoft Power Apps
• Develop automated approval systems, notifications, task management flows, and operational workflows
• Integrate Microsoft 365 applications with internal and external systems to streamline business operations
• Manage and optimize SharePoint sites, document libraries, permissions, and collaboration structures
• Configure and enhance Microsoft Teams collaboration environments for operational efficiency
• Utilize Microsoft Planner for project tracking, task allocation, workflow visibility, and productivity management
• Create dashboards, forms, reports, and automation solutions to improve operational effectiveness
• Analyze existing business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Implement workflow standardization and digital transformation initiatives across departments
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft 365 solutions
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, training, and support to end users
• Coordinate with IT, HR, Operations, Finance, and management teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent will be preferred
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or SharePoint will be considered an added advantage
Required Experience
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in Project Management and Microsoft 365 solutions
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps is mandatory
• Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Forms, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 applications
• Demonstrated experience in workflow automation, business process optimization, and system integration projects
• Experience managing enterprise-level projects within remote and global working environments
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully from initiation to completion
• Experience in stakeholder management, reporting, project governance, and team coordination
• Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams globally
Technical Skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Expertise in Power Automate workflow creation and automation development
• Strong experience in Power Apps application development
• SharePoint administration and collaboration management
